Ham Hock

            Toast the soda bread & serve with the terrine

Beetroot, dill and feta fritters
Total heating time 5-8 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 180oC.
  2. Warm Fritters for 5-8 mins in the oven
  3. Serve with Tahini yoghurt

Chargrilled aubergine

Total heating time 3-4 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 180oC.
  2. Warm Aubergine & Peppers for 3-4 mins in the oven
  3. Dot Labneh around plate and top with Aubergines and Peppers
  4. Sprinkle with dukkah and top with peashoots

Banoffee

            Serve chilled

 Dark chocolate and olive oil mousse

            Serve chilled

 Strawberry and almond tart, cream

            Warm in 180 oven for 6-8 mins and serve with cream
