Main Course Heating Instructions

Beef Bourguignion

   Total heating time 25 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 180oC
  2. Remove the lid from tin and pop in the oven for 25 minutes
  3. Remove lid from the mash and pop in the oven for 20 minutes or microwave until hot

 

Chargrilled Cauliflower

   Total heating time 10-12 mins

  1. Preheat oven to 180oC.
  2. Remove the lid from the tin with the cauliflower & bulgar & heat for 10-12 mins
  3. Spread the bulgar wheat over the plate with cauliflower on top, scatter over the tomato salad and creatively dot with the yoghurt.

 

Chalk Stream Trout

    Total heating time 15-18 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 180oC.
  2. Remove lid from tin & pop in the oven for 15-18 minutes until the fish is cooked

 

Toulouse Sausage and lentils, herb crumb

   Total heating time 20 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 180oC
  2. Remove the lid from tin and pop in the oven for 20 minutes
  3. If the top is browning too quickly top loosely with foil
