Heritage carrots, sumac, feta, golden sultanas, sunflower seeds
Heat carrots in 180 oven until warm, 5 -10 mins.
Dot tarator sauce over plate arrange carrots on top
Dress with sultanas, sunflower seeds and feta finish with sumac oil
Beef empanadas, fermented chilli
Heat empanadas in 180 oven for 6-7 minutes until hot.
Serve with fermented chilli sauce
Burrata, shaved fennel, lemon, mint
Dress fennel and mint with lemon oil place on bottom of plate
Top with burrata
Plum and pink peppercorn fool, tuille biscuit
Beetroot brownie, chocolate sauce, raspberry cream
Warm brownie through 180 oven until warm (being careful not to over heat and dry out brownie)
Serve warm brownie with warm chocolate sauce and raspberry cream on the side
